Refund policy

Equipment orders may be cancelled at any time before the start of the course for a full refund! eLearning packages are eligible for a full refund only if the activation code has not been used. 

At the start of the course equipment will be checked for fit by a dive leader, then marked with the camper's name. Once items have been marked, they can not be returned or exchanged.

Items that break as a result of manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. We cannot replace gear damaged due to normal wear and tear or neglect.
